What you need before you start

- A Maybank2u account. Redemption on myTREATS is only available to Maybank2u users. If you haven’t registered yet, set that up first.
- Your phone nearby. You’ll receive a TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) by SMS to confirm the redemption.

Step-by-step: redeeming on myTREATS
These steps follow the redemption guide on the myTREATS product page at the time of writing. Maybank may update its process, so always follow what you see on screen.
- Open the product page. Go to the Alpacco Logo Tee on myTREATS.
- Choose your options and add the tee to your cart. You can keep browsing with “Redeem More”, or check out straight away with “Redeem Now”.
- Go to your shopping cart and click “Proceed to Redeem”.
- Log in to Maybank2u when prompted. This is where your points and payment are handled.
- Choose how to pay (see the three options below), then click “Continue”.
- Check your delivery address. It’s filled in from your card billing address. Edit it if you want the tee delivered somewhere else, and make sure your phone number and email are correct.
- Enter the TAC sent to your phone by SMS and click “Confirm”.
- Wait a few seconds for the redemption to process.
- Log out of Maybank2u once it’s done.
- Keep your receipt. You can print a copy to track delivery, and you’ll also get an order confirmation by email.
Your three ways to check out
According to myTREATS, you can choose:
- Full points. Redeem using your TreatsPoints or Membership Rewards Points. Your available balance is shown at checkout.
- Points + card. Enter the number of points you want to use, and the balance is charged to your selected Maybank card. Handy if you’re a little short on points.
- Full card payment. Pay entirely with your Maybank card.
