What is cold brew?
Cold brew is coffee made by steeping grounds in cold water for many hours instead of brewing with hot water. The result is generally smoother and less acidic than hot-brewed coffee served over ice. It’s popular in hot climates because it tastes great cold.

It’s part of our Cloud series: a drink with a swirl of soft serve floated on top, like a cloud. As you sip, the soft serve slowly melts into the coffee, so every mouthful changes from bold to creamy.

How to customise it
Our drinks can be adjusted:
- Ice: 100%, 50% or 0%.
- Sugar: normal, less, none, or swap to gula melaka.
- Add chewy for extra texture.
